Aura Moments · support
A little help, a little closer.
From your first photo to a space that feels like you.
What’s new in version 1.0.3
Version 1.0.3 adds Pro Wall Frames, a separate Edit Frame window, frame-name search and easier access to desk, wall and photo-viewing actions. Pro also adds black-and-white and sepia comparison previews; these previews do not change your saved photos or frames. Wall Frames display the first saved photo and must be reopened and positioned each session.
Getting started
Aura Moments is available on the App Store for Apple Vision Pro and requires visionOS 26 or later. Download the app, create a frame, and select a photo with the system Photos picker. The gallery shows app screenshots captured in the visionOS Simulator; artwork elsewhere is labeled Illustrative preview.
Importing your photos
Choose photos with Apple’s photo picker. Aura Moments receives only the items you select and keeps copies for your frames. Deleting a frame does not delete the original in Photos. If an import does not finish, check that the selected photo has downloaded from iCloud Photos and try again.
Making a frame your own
Choose a 5×7 or 8×10 frame, portrait or landscape orientation, a finish, a mat and a crop. These are digital, material-inspired finishes. Tilt can be adjusted from 5° to 25°, with a 12° default. Free includes a slideshow of up to ten photos and spatial-photo viewing. Pro expands slideshows to 100 photos.
Placing a frame on your desk
Use Place on Desk to open your frame, then use the system’s movement and placement controls. visionOS manages surface snapping, room locking and restoration. Results depend on your environment and system resources. Free may place one frame; Pro supports several independent frames.
Wall mounting · Pro
Wall mounting is included with Aura Moments Pro in version 1.0.3. Open a saved frame, choose Place on Wall, then position the flat frame with visionOS controls. It displays the first photo in your saved frame. Reopen and position it for each session; saved wall placement and automatic restoration are not supported. Wall display does not run slideshows or promise the physical dimensions of a desk frame. Wall display requires verified Pro access; your saved frames and photo copies remain in your library if access becomes unavailable. Use Restore Purchases to recover an eligible Pro purchase.
Pro and restoring purchases
Pro is a US$19.99 one-time purchase, with no subscription or trial. Regional prices vary; the price shown in the App Store is authoritative. To restore, use Restore Purchases in the app while signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase, with an internet connection. Family Sharing is supported through Apple’s purchase-sharing settings. Sharing a purchase does not automatically share your photos. If access is unavailable, your saved frames and selected photo copies are preserved. Contact Apple for purchase billing and refund requests.
iCloud sync
Pro can sync selected photos, frame names and settings through your private iCloud account. Check your iCloud sign-in, available storage and connection if changes are delayed. Allow time for large photos to upload and download.
