Using the latest features
How do I use the iPhone Duo layouts?
Version 1.3.0 includes a revised wide Home layout with current conditions beside forecast details. Our website images preview this layout in Apple’s iPhone Duo simulator. Version 1.3.0 is now listed for Apple Vision Pro; the version available on iPhone and other platforms may differ. Check the App Store on your device for availability. See the Duo layouts.
Can I skip the welcome or use a city without location access?
Yes. The welcome is optional. Choose your current location, search for a city, or skip setup and explore. Choosing a city does not require location permission. To see the introduction again, open Settings and choose Welcome to Aura Sky; closing it does not reset your saved places.
What changed in Current Weather widgets?
Version 1.2.5 makes the weather-data age easier to read, with improved spacing and contrast when the system removes the widget background. The age refers to when the weather data was updated; it does not guarantee a refresh at a particular time.
Where do I find Head Out?
Open Home or Forecast to compare remaining full forecast hours today, or add a small or medium Head Out widget. The comparison uses rain chance, wind, and temperature comfort. Significant alerts, stale data, or no remaining hours can replace it with an explanatory message. Head Out and its widgets are free; Aura Pro adds a personalized comfort target.
Why does Rain Window show an hourly outlook?
Minute forecasts are not available in every region or from every provider. When minute coverage is unavailable, Rain Window shows a labelled three-hour precipitation probability outlook instead of precise start or stop timing.
Do I need Aura Pro or Apple Intelligence to plan my day?
No. Basic forecasts, Rain Window, Head Out, and “Plan my next few hours” are available without Aura Pro. Optional Apple Intelligence insights require Aura Pro, a supported device, feature availability, and in-app opt-in.
Check the App Store for the version available on your device. Explore the features.
